Acceptance

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking an experience, or attending Annie's Footsteps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or attend the experience.

Experience Access

Annie's Footsteps is offered by appointment inside ArtHatch in Escondido, California. Availability, pricing, group size, duration, content, and difficulty may change. We may refuse, reschedule, or cancel access when needed for safety, operations, or policy enforcement.

Participant Conduct

Participants must follow staff instructions, respect the venue, and avoid damaging props, equipment, artwork, or facilities. Unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in removal without refund.

Safety

The experience may include darkness, sound, confined-feeling spaces, suspense, theatrical effects, and horror-themed content. Participants are responsible for deciding whether the experience is appropriate for their health, comfort, and group. Ask questions before attending if you have accessibility, sensory, medical, or safety concerns.

Bookings and Payments

When booking opens, booking rules, refund terms, cancellation windows, late-arrival policies, and payment terms shown during booking will apply to your reservation. Third-party booking or payment providers may have their own terms.

Intellectual Property

Site content, story materials, puzzle concepts, artwork, branding, images, video, text, and experience materials are owned by Annie's Footsteps or its licensors. Do not copy, publish, record, disclose, or commercially reuse them without permission.

No Guarantees

The site and experience are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free content, specific availability, or that every group will complete the experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie's Footsteps is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or participation in the experience.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
